Patients who must travel to Bangkok or Chiang Mai are transferred along with their caregivers in HFA-BCMF Patient Vans, ensuring patients can travel the 7-to-8-hour drive. As many patients do not have legal documents for travel in Thailand, HFA-BCMF helps arrange the necessary travel documents so they can move safely between Mae Sot and Bangkok or Chiang Mai for their medical treatment.
